There is free parking a few metres away. Colle di Val d’Elsa is renowned for its food, restaurants, crystal and art, and is an excellent starting point for visiting the surrounding area, such as Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano and Florence, which are easily reached in less than an hour’s drive. In addition, there are supermarkets and high-quality shops, taxis, gyms and Olympic-size swimming pools, a new cycle and walking and jogging track, and the beautiful Elsa river park nearby.
